In addition, Viking has the best warranty on the market for home sewing machines. This includes a 20 year limited mechanical warranty, 5 year electronic warranty, and only at Sew Special do we include FREE cleanings for two years from the date of purchase! You can call us and make an appointment to have your machine serviced, and we will do it while you shop so that you do not need to leave your machine and make a second trip to pick it up! Another added advantage to purchasing at Sew Special is that if you need to leave your machine for service due to needing a part, etc., we will send you home with a machine of equal or greater value to use until yours is repaired and ready to go. We professionally service everything we sell so rest assured you are in good hands.
Purchasing your machine at Sew Special gives you the additional option of trading up to a different model, any time within one year from original date of sale, and receiving your full purchase price off of the new purchase.
By the way - Free "new owner" classes are offered with any model of sewing machine you purchase! This enables you to conveniently learn all the great features of your new machine from one of our knowledgeable Viking trained & certified employees.

Warranty
- We will offer you FREE cleanings/basic maintenance appointments for two full years, but we are no longer doubling ALL service for two years.
- We offer same day machine service by appointment only.
- If you bought your machine from us and have to leave it for repair, we can send you home with a classroom machine until yours is repaired
