A little bit about our company

The strength of Sew Special is not what we do or what we sell.  Our specialty is our customers--inspiring their creativity, teaching them the skills they desire to learn and perfect, and putting into their hands the best tools available to help them achieve their goals.  The atmosphere is fun and the camaraderie of those who share this passion often leads to the establishing of great new friendships.  We call this pairing of learning and fun ''edutainment'', but we hope you will call it ''home'' and join our Sew Special family! Laurie's Testimonial

Over the last three years I have shopped at Sew Special.  They stand behind their machines and are focused on keeping their customers happy! From the beginning, my experience with Sew Special was excellent.  My first purchase was at the Sewing Expo in Monroeville, where Donna, the owner had made a special trip there to deliver a Viking walking foot to me.  Also, while there, I inquired about the Designer Diamond Royale and soon after, I purchased one.

When the Epic was introduced by Viking, I spoke with Sew Special about trading up and was happily surprised with the deal. While new machine purchases can be stressful, I knew Sew Special would be available to support me.

I have found the Epic to be an outstanding machine! It is very easy to thread, sews perfectly, and I feel it is unmatched in embroidery features.  I considered another brand; however, I was disappointed by the limits on offered hoop sizes, and did not find the “fix” stitch feature available.  The upgrade for Diamond or Ruby users is easy: put the stylus down, and just use your fingers.  The upgrade from a Topaz is like day and night: the interface, extended hoop size and new features are worth it!  If you have a tablet or smart phone, you can navigate the Epic. Assistance is built in.  The Epic may be the last machine you ever buy.
